ICLP Will be using Whova to provide information to attendees. We recommend downloading the app from the Whova site.

If you are a student, there are several opportunities for support – for details see Student Financial Support

There are the following registration options:

• Student Registration Options (before June 20th23rd, 2023, 23:59 UK time): 

• Workshops (including Workshop dinner)+Doctoral Consortium+Summer School+Women@ICLP [9-10 July 2023] - £210 

• Main Conference, including Welcome Reception and Industry Event@Imperial-X [11-15 July 2023] - £420 

• Full – Workshops (including Workshop dinner)+Doctoral Consortium+Summer School+Women@ICLP + Main Conference  [9-15 July 2023]   - £580 

• Early bird Regular Registration Options (before June 15th 19th, 2023, 23:59 UK time): 

• Workshops (including Workshop dinner)+Doctoral Consortium+Summer School+Women@ICLP [9-10 July 2023] - £320 

• Main Conference, including Welcome Reception and Industry Event @Imperial-X [11-15 July 2023] - £630 

• Full – Workshops (including Workshop dinner)+Doctoral Consortium+Summer School+Women@ICLP + Main Conference  [9-15 July 2023]   - £780 

• Late Regular Registration  (between June 21st and July 7th, 2023, 23:59 UK time, for students, and between June 16th 20thand July 7th, 2023, 23:59 UK time,  for non-students): 

• Workshops (including Workshop dinner)+Doctoral Consortium+Summer School+Women@ICLP [9-10 July 2023] - £370 

• Main Conference, including Welcome Reception and Industry Event@Imperial-X  [11-15 July 2023] - £750 

All registration options include lunches and coffee breaks, as well as transaction costs (£4.75+4.7%) of registration amount. In addition, all participants can add to their registration any number of tickets for   

• banquet dinner (£70 per person). 

The following rules apply: 

• At least one author per accepted paper must register using one of the Regular (non-student) registration options. 

• The same author cannot act as the registered author for multiple papers (unless single author for multiple papers). 

• At least one author per accepted workshop paper must register. 

• Doctoral Consortium students must register.  

• Cancellations until 30th June 2023 (23:59 UK time) will be entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations will not be possible after 7th July 2023 (23:59 UK time).
